Return Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of equal or lesser value for in-stock items. Jewelry from our collection that is made-to-order is eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt and is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

All custom and bespoke jewelry is considered final sale and we unfortunately do not offer refunds at this time. 

 

Return shipping instructions:

Once your size is confirmed and if you are shipping your ring to us, please follow these shipping and packaging instructions and we will confirm once your parcel has been received and your ring assessed. It is your responsibility to ship and fully insure your jewelry to Sandy Rubin.

Before packaging, please take imagery of your jewelry at all angles and email info@sandyrubin.com for insurance purposes. 

 

Packaging Instructions:

1.     Place the item(s) securely in its original box with padding, or a similar small cardboard box and bubble wrap. 

2.     Package this in a sturdy outer packing envelope and packing material to help protect the smaller box during transit. 

3.     Securely seal the parcel.

4.     Pack the packing envelope in a UPS or FedEx Small box and tape the outer edges of the box with packaging tape.

5.     Print & attach the label. 

6.     Require a signed receipt upon drop off.

7.     Email info@sandyrubin.com when the package is sent along with the tracking details, so that we can track and look out for its arrival. At this time, please also share imagery of the sealed package along with your jewelry prior to packaging.
