Shipping:

Your jewelry will be shipped via UPS 2nd day air and fully insured with a signature requirement for delivery and we will provide tracking details and an ETA once posted.  

We cannot guarantee the time of day for delivery and you are welcome to contact UPS to hold the package for pickup or to schedule your delivery date, as this can only be requested by the recipient. Once shipped, any changes made to the delivery must be managed by the recipient.

We take all precautions possible to ensure your jewels arrive to you safely and in doing so, your jewels will ship in a plain outer box with no mention of "jewelry" anywhere on the label. The package will be taped around all open sides and double boxed for an added layer of security.
